Community Web Service was founded as RGaines Web Development in 2006 to provide web development for small businesses in the greater Kansas City area and nearby rural communities. Over time, the work expanded into digital marketing, SEO, social media management, web accessibility and print design.

Along the way, we served clients across the United States and around the world, including Europe and Africa. Our work supported political campaigns, industry leaders and small local non-profits alike.
